Aber ist ein Wagen noch ein Neuwagen (zumindest im juristischen Sinne), wenn er länger als sechs Monate beim Händler steht?
Ich meine, es gäbe dazu ein Urteil.

Ja da gabs irgendwas... aber wer weiß wie Toyota das intern handhabt, glaub da wars so, dass auch im Konfigurator der Hiace immer noch bei aktuell stand, weil der letzte eben noch nicht verkauft war.
